Terms of use

1. The service

Jobo analyses your CV and searches the web for opportunities (jobs, internships, work-study, scholarships, programs) that appear to match your profile and to be still open. Jobo is a tool to help with your search: it is not an employer or a recruitment agency, and it guarantees neither that you will obtain a position or a scholarship, nor the accuracy of the offers published by third-party websites.

2. Your account

An account is required to start a search. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the information you send. You may only upload your own CV.

3. Free searches

Each account has 1 free search per (calendar) month. A free search shows its 3 best offers; the following ones can be shown with points. A search that fails because of a technical problem is not counted, and a free search that finds no offer does not count as the month's free search. With points, the number of searches is unlimited.

4. Points

• Beyond the month's free search, a search costs 5 points and shows 5 offers (1 point per offer shown: fewer offers found, fewer points).
• For any search, 5 more offers can be shown for 5 points, as long as there are some left.
• Points are bought in packs (50 points for 50 DH, 120 points for 100 DH, 250 points for 200 DH, or the number of points of your choice, at 1.00 DH per point), by bank transfer, Cash Plus or Wafacash.
• When a search ends, its best offers are shown automatically: 3 for a free search, otherwise 5 with your points, up to the limit of your balance. The others remain available and can be shown later.
• A search that finds no offer uses no points.
• Each payment is checked manually, usually within 24 hours. The points are added to your account as soon as it is approved. A payment whose receipt we cannot verify may be rejected; you can then send new proof of payment.
• Points do not expire. The cases in which you can get a refund (pack not used within 7 days, a problem on our side…) are detailed in our refund policy.
• The month's free offers do not carry over from one month to the next.

5. The offers shown

The offers come from third-party websites. Always check the information (requirements, deadline, reliability of the employer) on the offer's website before applying. Never pay to apply for a job offer: Jobo will never ask you to.

6. Prohibited use

It is forbidden to use the service in an automated way, to get around the limits, or to send false proof of payment or another person's CV. In case of abuse, the account may be suspended or deleted.

7. Liability

We do our best to provide relevant and up-to-date results, but we cannot guarantee that an offer is still open, accurate or suitable. Jobo cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the results, nor for the content of third-party websites.

9. Changes and governing law
